Using a life course approach in general, but specifically for boys and men, allows programs to factor in the unique opportunities and challenges of specific life course stages and transitions – childhood through adolescence and adulthood. To meet these opportunities, the Reflection and Action Tool provides a framework to do so across three program phases: Design, Implementation, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
